Results Questionnaire Fashion trends in the nineties
Last week I made a questionnaire about what my audience think about the fashion trends in the nineties. These questions helped me find out what my target group likes. This gave me a clearer picture of what I want to do with my project. In total, I have 9 answers. See below the answers.
As you can see most of the people opted for the black dress.
With this question, I had different answers but most of them choose to only inspire the clothing and the background in the 90s.
I am happy with the results. This is because I had the same ideas in mind as the people who completed my questionnaire. This gave me confirmation that I am going in the right direction. I use pearls, mini bags, sunglasses, and scarves as my accessories and the little black dress will be reinvented. The appearance will be chic sexy inspired by the nineties with a modern twist. For my advertising images, I will focus on the clothing and background from the nineties. Even though the last question was a bit vague I will be going to use the answers beautiful and sexy and incorporate this in my images.

These are good results, but one thing about the little black dress - since it was 'invented' (at least the idea of it) it has been a more or less permanent fixture since the 2nd World War (in a variety of ways). I say this because there are more specific trends tied to the 90's that are more typical of that decade. The answers to your 5th question (at least those ones in English!) seem to point towards drawing your inspiration from the 90's, which means you should follow up and look at specific trends rather than treat the decade as a whole. What was being worn in 1991 was very different to 1999 (on the street at least).
