Creating a customer profile

Today I made a customer profile for my partner Pete. Through these profiles you can target the right market. I found this exercise useful because this is something I need to know for my progression route. However, the profile of Pete was not useful for my project now because it is focused on woman clothing. Nevertheless, I learned new things. In class we answered questions we received from our teacher Sam. These questions I used in the customer profile from Pete. I have used flipsnack to create my own template and added the questions.

See below my end result.

Reflection: When I look at this it reminds me of a CV,  and that's what I wanted too. A customer profile is a sort of a CV with information that is relevant. I used colours and shapes to make it look more interesting. I have used a basic font style so it is not disturbing to watch. The answers are short and strong. Overall, I am happy with the end result.

  1. Like the format, you mention the font in your text saying it is plain - that's okay, this is about the transfer of information - it needs to be functional.
