Final outcome designs
For my set project I have created 4 designs front and back inspired on the theme Purple haze. I have used the colour palette I recently shown in my previous post.
See below my final outcomes.
For the design with the hat I already have done a photoshoot. This photo is taken by portrait mode. I have used eyeshadow and lipstick in the same colours as the hat. Smokey eyes and dark lipstick to make the look more dramatic because the hat belongs to the 'evil stepmother'.
This week I will do a photoshoot for the skirt from image 2.

I have edited the photo by PIXLR. I made the colours more clear and changed the brightness.
I am satisfied with my designs. It was a real challenge for me because I have never done fashion illustration. I like the concept behind my designs. Because of the colour palette my designs match with each other and all designs fit well together. I have consciously chosen not to paint the rest of the body so that the focus remains on my designs. It was also a challenge to have a lot of patience and paint everything within the lines. It helped me a lot to first make test sketches in order to experiment with colours and also to see if I was satisfied with the result and could still make any adjustments.
Now that I have finished my designs, it is time to present my designs and photos in a flipbook.

Good work here these look much more consistent as we discussed - looking forward to seeing your final work
