Fashion advertisement inspiration
For the collection that I have designed I did a matching photo shoot. With these photos I will promote my collection on a branding and marketing strategy. I do this by means of posters. I looked at various campaign posters to see how brands present their brand and collection on posters. The goal of fashion advertising is to connect potential customers in different classes with a specific brand.
I have mainly looked at medium / high luxury brands because I also want to radiate this.
What I noticed is that most campaigns contain little text. The photo is useful for this. You mainly only see their brand name and a catchy slogan. which enhances the photo even more. It doesn't look crowded and the focus is on the photo.
I also want to create this with my posters. A neutral font and colour so the focus remains on the photo. I now have a better idea of how my posters should come out. keep it as calm as possible but with a clear font and color.

I am very happy how my photos turned out. I think they are powerful and I tell my story with them. The feeling I want to give fits with the photos. I do think it would have been more convenient to do this research before doing my photo shoot so that I was better prepared for how I wanted to make my posters.
I will focus on presenting my posters on social media because the internet is a great source for promoting your brand or collection.
