Development from research
The research I have done so far is mainly in fashion designers. I still wanted to do research in artists but because of today's lesson I also want to do research in an artists who are doing architecture and find inspiration in another direction.
Zaha Hadid (1950) born in Iraq but grew up in England is a British architect. She became famous by her sharp angles, curving facades architecture made from concrete and steel. She used the strongest materials and manipulated them to form objects that appears soft and sturdy at the same time. After many rejections she gained international recognition in 1983 with her painted entry for a recreational centre in Hong Kong. After her first building in 2003, she gained even more recognition. Most of her designs were never realized and she was known as a "paper architect". People found her designs not realistic and not be able to build. However she transformed her reputation as a "paper architect: to a building architect in the 1990s, because of the project from the Viltra fire station in Weil am Rhein.
She used many innovative construction materials such as Glass fibre, a combination of aluminum and stone cladding and steel. She had six techniques she used to design the form; landscaping project and surrounding context, layering, light, ground and gravity and seamlessness and fluidity.
Hadid established her reputation through her drawings and paintings. She was also a teacher of architecture at schools including the Architectural Association, Cambridge University, and Columbia University.
Not only was she famous for her paintings and buildings, she had a very successful line of shoe designs and was known for using advanced technology. In 2004 she became the first woman to be awarded for the Pritzker Architecture Prize. After 2000 she received every year an award for her work.

Therefore I have done research in architect Zaha Hadid.

She develop her ideas through paint. She used abstraction as a tool to develop new designs. She found the traditional system of architectural drawing boring. Through abstraction she challenged the conception op buildings which was a signature of deconstructivism. She became known for her creative ambitious ideas.

Zaha Hadid won the competition for the Mathematics Gallery in 2014. Her inspiration came by how aircraft displace in air when in flight. There was a computer programming was used to visualise the flow field around an important exhibit of an aeroplane (1929). Architecture fans will recognize the building’s designer because the curves are the signature design style of Zaha Hadid.
