After my photos and article were ready to use, it was time to make an editorial of this. I have used Flipsnack to create my editorial. The layout has changed from what I thought in my previous post. This was because my article had more words than expected and I had the outcome of my photographs and because of this I got a better idea of how I wanted to present it. I like this layout that I have now more beautiful than what I first came up with.
For my first page I presented my photo large with a few small details. I wanted to use gold details first but thought this was obvious. This is why I used beige to match the theme and photo. I also didn't want to add more in the page so that the focus remains on the photo.

For page 2 I also used subtle details. I have used the same color beige around the page so that there is a nice overflow from the previous page. Also on this page I have not added too many details because it already looks a lot busier because of the text. I have chosen different styles so that it does not look boring. The details I have inserted are subtle, so that it is more interesting to look at but it is not disturbing for the text. For my title I chose the Display fair font in different sizes so that it stands out more. For the introduction piece I used the font Old standard TT. This is a slightly different font than the title, which makes it a nice cohesion. The size in the font is 27 so that the attention is drawn to the introduction piece to this after seeing the title.
For the main body I chose a normal font so that the text is easy to read. The size of this is 19. I started the main body with a larger G because I have seen this more often in magazines, and I think this is a nice addition to my page.
Page two
Most of the text came on the last page. Because of this I have chosen not to use details. It already looks quite busy and adding details would make it look messy. Also the text is centered in the middle, I kept the same font and size as I started the text with on the previous page so that the overflow remains nice. I clicked on review several times so that I could see if there were no errors.

Final result
I used a different background to show my editorial on my website. I thought this design fit nicely and it fits with the theme.
Reflection:
I am very happy with the end result. I like the consistency of all pages and it is not cluttered by the details. The subtle details I have used are a nice addition to my pages. Everything flows nicely and there is a theme in it. I also have paid attention to all the small details and made sure everything is aligned. Moreover, the layout fits well with the subject of my text and I have carefully considered the fonts I used. I think this fits perfectly in a magazine and it is interesting to read. Therefore I am really satisfied with the outcome. My editorial is ready to be upload to my website
Good work here on the consideration of the layout and the look of the text and images on the page
